This makes for some amazing days on the water and coolers full of fish! Call me ASAP to get on my schedule, I only have so many of these great days left!

I will be concentrating on the Columbia River from Astoria OR to Bonneville Dam in the Columbia River Gorge! I also might mix in a few days in Tillamook Bay!

Look at my recent caught fish section! I update this thru Instagram so you can see what we are catching daily! This is the best time of the year to catch the most and biggest fish! August thru October is some of the best fishing that we have! This is when we get the biggest and the most fish!!

We should also get a couple of keeper Sturgeon days so if you are interested in that call to get on my list and as soon as the dates are announced I will call and fill up the boat!

Salmon & Sturgeon Combos

We can do combo trips if you would like to split up the day. Several groups like to fish for salmon in the morning and then run out to the Columbia River and catch sturgeon in the afternoon. Sturgeon are catch and release only but if you are looking for a prehistoric, amazingly hard-fighting fish to wear you out, they are the fish to catch! I’ll send you home with sore arms and some great pictures of these amazing dinosaurs.

Sturgeon Fishing

If you are not looking for Salmon and want to chase trophy-sized sturgeon we can do that! These fish range from 6ft-12ft long and weigh hundreds and hundreds of pounds! This is a high water year which is typically very good for these monsters. We can put a few poles out for “keeper-sized” fish (less than about 5ft) to keep you busy and put out a couple of BIG baits for the BIG boys.
When you hook up on a BIG one HOLD ON ’cause you’re in for the fight of your life! A typical fight on these monsters is 30-60 minutes or more!
