Hey Ben my brother and I just wanted to thank you again for the great Sturgeon fishing last week. We were both completely worn out after catching all of those dinosaurs. I never imagined catching 30+ fish from 2ft-9ft in one days fishing! Before we came out fishing I looked at pictures all over the internet and saw the big sturgeon but until I caught one and saw it up close and personal I didn’t realize how big they actually are. I wanted to thank you for taking your time with us as we were all novice fisherman. By the end of the first hour I felt like I actually knew what I was doing. Ben-I wasn’t sure about setting up a trip online just because you never know who you are signing up with or what you are getting, but let me tell you I am super happy that I found you! My family and I have fished the great lakes for salmon and had good success but nothing like the fishing we had in Astoria. I lost count after hooking 20+ salmon, two of them almost 30lbs! These other guides sit in the same spot and use the “Go with what you know” technique but I like how you move around and change it up to put fish in the boat. I want to thank you for the great fishing trip to Astoria. I have been to Alaska many times and have never had a day that good. I didn’t realize the fishing in Oregon was that good. Not only did we limit out on king salmon and Coho salmon but I caught the biggest salmon of my life (33lbs). My friends and I have been fishing with Ben Parker many times, we always have fun and we almost always catch our limit. Ben has a work ethic that makes him try everything for his customer, he never gives up. Ben is a little quite but he is always thinking where to fish next. Not having a boat, I don’t get to do as much salmon and steelhead fishing as some. So when I go it’s Ben Parker I go with. It doesn’t seem to matter which month of the year or what river. He knows what the fish are biting and where to fish From Astoria to Bonneville Dam, up the Willamette or on the Lewis and Cowlitz in Washington he does the best job of any of the guides I have been with. We won first place in the tournament and all of us won new fishing poles and line counter reels along with a real nice trophy.
